By using Video Transcoder ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service transcodes video files from one format or resolution to another using ffmpeg. We do not host, distribute, broadcast, or publish your videos — we only process them technically and make the output available for you to download.
You may only upload videos to which you hold all necessary rights (copyright, licenses, or other entitlements). By uploading a file you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so.
The Service does not review, moderate, or take editorial responsibility for any content you upload. Any use you make of transcoded videos — including distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation — is entirely your own responsibility. We have no knowledge of and assume no liability for any intended or actual use of the output.
You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law and reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights.
We warrant only that the Service will make a reasonable attempt to transcode your video file into the requested format. We do not guarantee that the output will meet any particular quality, compatibility, or fitness-for-purpose standard. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any other warranty, express or implied.
We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or reputational harm arising from the use of transcoded files.
Paid plans are billed in advance. If a transcoding job fails due to a confirmed bug on our side, we will credit your account or issue a refund for the affected transaction. We do not issue refunds for files that could not be processed due to unsupported codecs, corrupted source files, or user error. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
